Dr Ishita Banerjee
Dr Ishita Banerjee is a GP Registrar undertaking training in skin cancer and general dermatology over the next six months and has appointments available on a Monday from the 28th of July.
She has special interest in skin cancer detection and management as well as general dermatology and has completed the Healthcert Professional Certificate of Dermoscopy.

Dr Shadi Emamisadr
Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
Shadi graduated in 2009 and relocated from Western Australia to Launceston in 2020, where she continues to practice as a general practitioner and has obtained her fellowship in 2023.
Throughout Shadi's medical career in Australia, she has encountered a significant number of patients with skin cancer. Given that approximately two out of three Australians are diagnosed with skin cancer in their lifetime, and that GPs often serve as the first line of diagnosis and treatment, Shadi developed a strong interest in this area of medicine. To enhance her skills and better serve her patients, Shadi pursued further education through the Skin Cancer College, obtaining certificates in both Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine. These qualifications have equipped Shadi with the expertise to detect and manage skin cancers more effectively within general practice.
Outside of her professional life, Shadi enjoys gardening and spends much of her free time working in her vegetable garden, which provides both relaxation and a personal connection to nature.
